Prior Knowledge


Prior knowledge is important that the students have acquired thought the days of their lives and through school. This relates to their knowledge through their experimental, worldly, or background knowledge.


Some people say that prior knowledge is the most important component to reading. It is very important. every time a child reads something they try and relate it to something in their lives. If the students has prior knowledge on the topic or concept it will be easier for them to understand if they do have something to relate t to in their lives that had previously happened.
